TRADE? I'm in FLORIDA....

WILL YOU CONSIDER ANY TRADES FOR THE CONVERTOR? I HAVE A PARTS CAR WITH COMPLETE INTERIOR ETC., LET ME KNOW,THANKS, JOHN LYNN clusolynn@excite.com OR 386-719-6814.

Question,How would the new 214/224 flat tappet w/poston hi-rev
lifters do for my 87 stock short block, ported & polished 8445's,3" DP,
dual 3" exhaust,4" cold air intake with a GT6152e turbo running 17psi
of boost & 3200-3400 N/L 10" torque converter?Is this cam a little to
much for my daily driver? Please let me know im interested ok.

Thanks,
John

I ran a 218/218 comp cam on the street with no problem and lots of top end.
This cam woul have similar performance to the 218 and give good throttle response from on a roll on the street. For your combo I would go with comp 212 flat tappet or 210 roller. This cam maybe a little too much for what your looking for.

Great to hear from you.So it would be a little much for my combo,What
would the difference be between a comp 212/212 flat tappet and a comp
212/212 roller?Would the roller be worth the extra $$ it cost in the long run?
Look to hearing back from you,Thank you for your time and advice.

John

The difference would be more performance/cost with the 212 roller and it would be great if your planning on future up grades and give the extra security of not having to worry about wiping lobes. The 210/210 or 212/212 roller will work fine with your application.
