I have heard of this happening but I never paid much attention to it.Well belive me I am paying attention NOW. Friday night at the track on my frist run at 125 mph the Freeze plug behind the starter blew out of the block. All the coolant sprayed on to the rear tires and it turned in to a wild ride. I was one thankful guy to get the car under control and stop it. (large brown spot on the seat)

I have been going to pin those for sometime now but I did'nt think I was pushing the motor hard enough to warrant it right away. Man have I changed my mind.

Word of advice PIN THEM FREEZE PLUGS
