now that i have your attention, i just wanted to say thanks brian for having a great staff member, Tripp not only answer'd my e-mail he, also kept me informed on the status of my order, and if you guys think i made this huge order, your wrong ( although i have order'd plenty ) this was on an order of less than $20 bucks , great work guys, i have purchased from gbody plenty of times and each time, it's nothing but great service.

I've talked to Tripp a couple of times now, seems like a good fellow and must have a lot of patcience to put up with Brian lol. They have been weeding out staff for a while now and its getting better and better. It's rough starting out in a new town and hiring all new people. How many people do you know that YOU would hire to work on turbobuicks??? That should be enough said right there lol. And for every horror story as you put it that you have heard there is a TON of great storys you never hear about. You know what they say, all it takes is one awwww sh#t to whip out 100 ata boys. absolutely scot, and boost231 i agree with you, not once did i ever get anything but good service from gbody, and in the service orientated world we live in that's a rare thing to say but i'll say it again, I HAVE ALWAYS RECIEVED NOTHING BUT GREAT SERVICE FROM GBODYPARTS. I tell it like i see it. as far as the " bad stories" i think it's called "communication". i know they don't ask us to write positive feedback or say something nice about them, but I ( like manny others here) like to show my appreciation by thanking them in public for provideing great service. I'm a firm believer in rewarding in publi and punishing in private. and by the way guys that order that i placed, that i told them no rush car show is in 3 weeks, arrived today to my , and it looks like a million bucks!!! thanks, Tripp & brian

I could dig up that pic of GN1PERFORMANCE's crappy intercooler that blew up @ a ****ping 18 psi. Or I could get a pic of a guy I know that has that intercooler and his pipes hit his hood liner and screwed it up and uglied up his IC pipe....but that won't be necessary now that those morons are gone

I've placed two separate orders with Brian and here is my take on the situation...I think its all been said before. I think that Brian is a great guy and offers great products. I placed one order on a Saturday and had one of the parts sitting on my door tuesday but within that same order I'm waiting on another piece.

I think Brian really needs a few more dependable (easier said than done) employees.

Here is just another piece of advice if Brian happens to read this post: change your website so it shows what is back ordered or not in stock. Similar to how Summit does with an expected ETA date...It would make waiting much easier.

I'll definetly order from Brian again I just wish that I wasn't waiting on his suppliers to ship my parts!
