David Hunter aka Country bumpkin. Stand up guy in my book. Sold me a car which we bought and immediately put into storage. 4-6 months later we take car out of storage and found something advertised in the ad missing from the car. So I called him and after talking to him, I believe he was mis-led from a less than reputable shop in FL. on what was installed in the car. The bottom line is he paid for the missing parts to make things right even though it had been a long ass time.

I hope you guys can get things worked out. I have dealt with you in the past and I know you are a stand up guy. The crank I got from you was properly packed and delivered in top notch condition. I also think that even though it is David's responsibilty to work things out with you, I am pretty sure he was mislead in what he bought and later sold. Just my two cents.

I've been to that shop too!!!!!
After he got done with me he sent me to his buddy the tranny man. I almost didn't make it back to the shop before it crapped out. It sure don't take long to learn to work on your own stuff...:wink:

Ivan I think his name was?? My 1st tranny from him would not shift gears at WOT.

If it is the same Ivan...he has built some decent 2004R's that have stayed together. I have not heard of anything recently though, but been out of the loop with the S. FLA group. The main culprit is Harper and has been for some time. For every 6 people he helps, 5 get the shaft and the 1 he helps refer new unknowing people to him and the cycle starts again. That is my theory.
