craigs list and e bay

hello people; I've never bought or sold anything on CL but I have bought and not sold on EB. But to sell on either is there a fee? A co-worker just put something on CL and it doen't say but it did take all his info and the item has been posted w/pics.

Oh there's a fee for cl. It comes in the form of insane phone calls at any and all hrs of the day and night. Crazy phishing emails and texts. It might not be cash but it is definitely a drawback. Plus then all who come to check out your wares get to see the rest of what you have . Meeting a buyer elsewhere is a definite plus to me and when I'm buying I generally ask to meet.

Craigslist brings out the crazies and the dumbest freakin people I've ever talked to on the phone. That being that I've sold many big items on Craigslist. Only 2 rules you need to know Cash only and In Person. Be prepared for idiots to haggle price without even seeing the item. Scams like out of state calls where they ask you to ship the item. eBay is good but fees are nuts nowadays.

I usually put things on CL at a very solid price. For that reason I put a disclaimer at the end....**Any attempts to negotiate will result in an increase of price.

I have used CL.
I just say come look at it and if you like it for the price that i have it buy it.
