Cylinder 2 oil fouling on new engine

I'm going to block off the PVC for the weekend. I am going to order bobs oil separator as it is the best I have heard if and seen tests with it and some of the other real nice ones. Thanks all for the ideas and tech help...

Ran the car on a 80 mile cruise and plug is dry!! Going to order a bobs oil separator tomorrow and it will hopefully keep most of the oil out of the intake.
