Been a while since the mishap last year, but it is a beautiful thing to be this close to getting back out again. So far I have DAYS into getting things switched around for the new engine. Hard to believe how much time the little stuff takes. Anyways, fired it up today at around 1:30PM and a little magic tuning and she is running. I really like the TA valve covers, if anybody is on the fence about them they are nice pieces.

Just need to get the new I/C pipes finished up and the oil catch can lines finished up. Hope to be out in a couple weeks dyno testing (Family vacation late next week).

Ted,

Looks good man..........good to see ya back and can't wait for Cecil.

PS. That locking tranny dipstick is what really makes the motor look great.

Yes it is. It was the easiest part to install, and I tried to compliment it's beauty throughout.

Lee, they are not TA heads. They are re-worked GN-1R heads from the last go around. Nothing but the castings were salvageable. Dan did some of his magic to them also.

Looks awesome Ted. Drag it over and lets cut up some bends to get those pipes going.

Ted congrats, niece looking piece. As you know Dan takes pride in his work and it shows, i couldn't be more happy with the 109 he built for me.

Damn that is nice...I can't wait to get my motor back from him! Pictures like this make me that much more anxious! I agree the little crap takes more time than we think it does.

Anybody having luck getting GN1's? I have been waiting for 9 months or so for them. Dan said they are not sending any out. Anybody else get any? cant wait to get my Stage motor done. Dan is doing the heads, cam, and intake. Once i get those, she'll be alive! Just cant wait much longer:frown: . Nice looking motor! -------Jeremy
