I'm agreeing w/ the majority here.
Boost is Boost...think of it this way...if you tapped a boost guage on an end tank of an ic...it'll read what pressure is there at that time. It's not gonna read different because the molecules are moving past it rapidly. It's gonna read the atmospheric pressure at that given point. Same principle as when people tap into the plemum for a boost reading. 25# of boost is 25# of boost no matter what it's mass's velocity is. Testing an ic @ 30# would be ok if your intending that usage. I'd rather blow a hole in it while testing it at 30# then run 25# through it for countless runs until that "weak" spot finally gives.
