DTC id booklet

I have a fold out booklet with the diagnostic codes in it.
I'm wondering if there's someone in the printing business that could reproduce it for the members ?
I got this at GM Efi school back in the 80's, so it covers our cars.

We have a full print shop and also have two digital presses. What are the specs? If it will run on the digital press it is doable. It can print,fold and staple and trim. It would be perfect for calendars.
