"Dummy" connector ends

Do these exist for the various 2-wire and 3-wire connectors? Taping up an unused connector is so ghetto. You'd think they'd make dummy connector ends or plugs that you could plug an unused connector into that's waterproof and looks a helluva lot nicer than a kludge of electrical tape mummifying an unused connector.
