Dynoed my GN today

In street trim with mods in sig, she pulled 247RWHP and 351RWTQ @16PSI. It peaked at 18 for about a second, but 16 was the steady. I was quite impressed. Just thought Id share.

nice numbers especially for a near stock car street trim no less . Looks like it has a lot of potential when the mods start to come on. Good luck with it. What RPM did ya take it to and how did the graph look?

Took it to 5200rpm, peak power was at 3700rpm. started low and went striaght up to peak and slowly fel back off. No smoke or anything from the tailpipes. Ran good. 1st of 3 pulls netted 391ft/lbs after the car sat there for 45 minutes cooling off because they were having their floo cleaned. I was very happy with the numbers. As soon as I got home I ordered the following:

With 20psi You may have seen 300hp and 400+ftlbs.

Where is it?

Hey I live in Va Beach also. How close is that dyno and how much $$$$ did that cost you? I have an 86 Gn my 2nd,totaled my 1st GN 3 weeks ago. Mine had the tag "THE NASH" on it you may have seen my runnin arounf in it. I've only seen a few other GN's in this area. We need more people with GN/TR's in the Va. Beach area so we can tune!!!

The dyno is 30 mins away, in Chesapeke. It was $75 for 3 pulls with A/F. I havent seen any other GN's or TR's except the one by U Wrench IT. You knw which one Im talking about? That sucks about yuor GN getting wrecked. Mine is the 1 with the United We Stand plates. I will have pics posted on webshots tomorrow. I took them to Wally World tonight for the 1 hour thing but they were already closed so I pick them up tonight.

Cool Thanks. I've never seen the one by U wench it. I saw one that had the tag GR1M at Auto Zone a while ago. My current GN will have the tag NASH II on it once DMV ships it. I work at Automatic Specailties off of London Bridge road. Maybe our paths will cross one day.

we need to all keep in touch so when its nice out we can all get together and cruize the spots or do dyno pulls together and show the v8 guys a thing or 2 ..

u wrench it should have plenty but if you dont feel like pulling any I have some extras

I have seen the gn outside of uwrench it and guy says no way will guy sell it but I left him my # just incase

you'll see any even if in real bad shape let me know

Maybe it's just me, but isn't 3700 a little low to be making peak hp? Could this be the dreaded valvespring problem?
