Early 1-2 shift

Anyone ever have a problem with trans shifting 1-2 while boosting up on starting line (4500RPM). Doesn't do it ever time --appears to be worse as trans gets hotter. As a result of this getting second gear starts. Trans is fresh--great line pressure -280@ Max. TV--Had same problem last year with 200 max. PSI. I installed some GOOD parts in trans pump to get the elevated line pressure, confident that it would do better, NOT!!! Open to any and all suggestions. Thanks--Lee

I had of and on problems with the p/l but did get 3 or 4 runs of information. IT felt like the trans shifted while I was spooling on the line how could that happen another time it shifted at 4300 right after I launched. if your off spin by I'll be here. john

I had a similar problem on a build with PTS psi reg setup and I had to place the stock rev boost valve back in the pump to slow the "ramp up".

Wonder it max tv isnt so much the problem but the quickness that it comes on/up??

It did the same thing last year with all stock parts in P.R. stack up.
