Ebay Front Mount Intercooler

I was looking on ebay, and came across this front mount that looks halfway decent and comes with the piping..Does anyone know about this one?? For $300, it looks like a decent deal (kind of looks like the Kenne Bell Big Boy Front Mount from years back....):

I have an ESP unit here I would sell for $400 if your interested. As far as E-bay Ic's I have 1 here blown apart at 18 psi!

Looks like a chineese copy of ATR's old unit.

I tried one and blew it cracked it open at 23psi... I don't think its very efficient either!
