This is an Extech 421501 EGT meter. It is less than one year old and is in like new condition. It is accurate from -58*F to 2000*F +/- 2*. It has a max hold function. Included with it is a new and never used K-type thermocouple (clamp on style). I paid $100 for the meter and $80 for the thermocouple. I no longer need it because I have my egt readings going through Powerlogger.

$100 shipped.

Hey bud, I got that dp off of you a bit ago. I want this. Noticed its clamp on style, is there an adapter so it can go into an 02 housing?

Yeah, I remember  . What's up?

I do not have an adapter for the o2 housing. In fact, I didn't even know there was such thing  . I drilled the header just before the turbo, put the probe in the header, and clamped it in place.

Where did you get the thermocouple? I've got a similar meter and need some thermocouples like this. Sounds like Scott wants the whole deal anyway.

Please let me know,

Joe

I got this one from Summit or Jegs, don't remember which. They both sell them. Just search egt or egt thermocouple.

Could you take a closeup pic of the thermocouple fitting? I'll take it pending I can find an adapter fitting for the 02 housing.

Will the clamp come off? If the clamp comes off; you could get a compression fitting at a plumbing shop that should adapt the probe to the O2 bung. Guess you could just cut the clamp off.

Yah, I don't think this will work for me. I would need a probe autometer style. I will have to pass. Bump for a good guy!
