Are the frame mts, [bolt ons], the same for the V8 as the V6? [Except for the location on the x member]
 
The bolts are the same but the frame pad is different for each engine Chuck. Which engine are you trying to put in? If it's a Buick V8 then you may be able to use the V6 frame pads.

I'll be using a pair of stock SBC mts on adapter plates. [LS engine.]
 
Then you want the isolated rubber pads Chuck. The mounts on the engine are solid.

I have the solid LSX adapter plates on the engine. They take the stock, SBC rubber insulated mounts. [I will use the type w/ the safety hooks built in.]
I'll check to see if the frame mts that were in the v-6 location, will work, by moving them. If they fit the stock SBC rubber mts, then, if they don't line up w/ the holes in the x member, I'll weld them on...
