Engine running rich

Hey guys, can anyone help me with a problem my engine is running rich. My scanmaster O2's show 820-830's at cruise speed and when I step into the throttle it goes to 840-850's. Under any load wheather claiming a hill or WOT it goings rich. I can smell the gas at idle speed also. The fuel pressure is @43 with line off. The car does have a mis in it I think the wires are bad from the excess heat. Can this cause my problem or are there out issues. My set up is te60, dutt mouth stock intercooler, 42lb injectors, walbro fuel pump with hot wire, 3200 ptc converter, translator w/LT1 mass air meter, 3 in downpipe with 2 1/2 exhaust, TT chip and scan master. Can anyone please help ASAP.

Post all your #'s warm at idle.

You may already know your problem.....

Bad wire ...poor or no spark...unburned fuel...02 sensor picking up excessive fuel... get where in going with this one....:biggrin:
