I've always had my for adjusted to 43. Shouldn't there still be a nice amount of fuel in the fuel rail when it's primed for the 2 seconds. Well mine is very very little amount
If it can maintain 43 at idle the engine should get enough fuel for the task of idling. I don't object to dropping the tank but I like to test things and have confidence what I'm doing is worthwhile. Did a helper confirm it remains at 43 when it stalls?
 
Have you double checked the grounds and the fuseable links down at the starter ? Do u have a scan tool ? Any data from ecm?
Went over every inch of the car twice. No codes from ecm on my scanmaster and fusible links are good
