Engine won't take more than 10# of boost after rebuild. Need ideas please.

Really sounds like a fueling issue. Either the delivery is dropping off or the maf is not reading air flow above a certain rage.

It has an alky kit. The kit is turned off right now because the boost is only set at 15#. I will have the shop check some of these things you listed over the next few days and I will let you guys know. The up pipe is secure and has the good clamps. Thanks for all the great suggestions guys.

Maybe try a couple pulls with the alky kit turned on? If running an aggressive alky chip, the timing and fueling would be expecting alky to be present starting around that pressure. What are the o2 volts and maf readings when it starts acting up? And are you running it on a dyno or on the street?
