Extender Chip Help - Cavity D11 of ECM?

I posted this in the tech section before realizing it may belong here...

We recently purchased a GN with an Extender chip installed.
The directions for the chip describe a supplied wire that should be installed into cavity D11 of the ECM and connected to the gray wire that runs under the console. The car does not have this wire so we are unable to confirm all settings of the chip.
My instructions are incomplete (missing 'figure 1') and I can't identify which ECM terminal corresponds to 'cavity D11'. Can anyone help?

You can still program that row by taking the Calpak chip in and out of the ECM.

Secondary programming method if you don't add the wire.

Wire just makes it a bit easier.

It's in the instructions for programming.

I believe the cavities are labeled on the connector, might need a good magnifier and light to see the lettering.

D9 is a brown wire.

D10 is a black wire with white stripe on it.
