F/P regulator ?

My Accufab is maybe 10 years old..been seeing some fluctuations ...looking at this one i came across.. is it an old kirbans ? there's no name of it..better worse?

I thought those were made by Precision . Rebuild the Accufab would be my starting point.

Appears to be the same as Kirban used to sell. I always prefered those because the factory vacuum line fitting attaches straight up like the stock original and not angled like on the Accufab. They are also rebuildable.
