HC's and CO way over with hardly any NOx

I was running the Thrasher "smog" chip, Fuel Pressure was at 43 psi/ line off. Translator idle/WOT is a zero settings. Cat is original, but only has about 6K miles on it.
BLM's were in the 105 to 118 so I know I'm rich
What would be a good FP setting ? Thinking 37-39 psi
I know the smog chips shuts off the fans to drive the temps up as it did, 190's, but does it premeturley lock the convertor ?
The convertor stayed locked on one of the 25mph tests and it stayed locked during deacceleration once on the way over there, locked normally on the way home. I just replaced TCC solenoid this month and haven't had one problem, since today when I intalled the smog chip.
