Nice times guys! I am in the top 5 so far as far as mph, maybe I don't feel so bad now lol. My melted head 10.79 at 114mph just don't make the list now though hehe.

This was at Reynolds 2011 and the rear U-jiont BROKE on the top end a little past the 1000ft and then i was DONE!!!

Found that the case was cracked, Diff Yoke was distroyed ,and Drive shaft was bent , also for betting the underide of the car pretty BAD!!!

Since have rebulit tranny and everything else ,went to TB/Nats and went 6.30@109, came home decided to sell 200 and put 400 back n and no more THS!!!

Will be running Alky class and 10.49 index/bracket at GS nationals!!!

I haven't ran faster than my posted time, but I've made a bunch of 10sec passes at 130mph. Been mainly playing with different things in the car without turning it up. But recently I've made a couple upgrades so I can go faster. #1 was a n/l PTC converter. Dropped my rpms by 600 at 130. #2 was a package I received yesterday from Mr Snyder that came off the #1 car on the list.

Update:

I tried hard to knock Paul down the list last weekend. Replaced a broken valvespring on my car and it was ready. But it was too cold out to get a good 60ft and I could only get a 1.63 on my last pass when I turned it up a little more. 10.28@134.0mph. A new best mph. With a decent 60ft and no spinning that would be high 10.0xs. Just a little more boost and high 9s are within reach. Might have to wait until next year depending on how the weather behaves. Would like to see it sunny and 60 degrees so I could get a good hook.

Funny thing is that on my second pass I beat Paul's best mph by running a 10.2@133.5mph. Thinking I'd get to rub it in he then shows me his slip, a 10.3@133.9mph! Damn him. But I did get him on the next pass. :biggrin: ( Paul, thanks for changing the valvespring!) Yeah, we had our own TAI showdown going, it was a great time running at the EFI event at Englishtown.

congrats on beating my mph murph , and on my valvespring, plug wires and coilpack/module no less :0)
i had 4 runs all over 133 with a new PB at 133.9 and 107.12 1/8th (murph beat me there too with a 108mph 1/8th ) the track just wasnt there that day with all the street cars dragging up water , I think my best 60 was a 1.59 spinning with only 10.30 et

What sort of timing and A/F ratio are you guys running? Care to share?

Timing in 1/2 26* and 3rd 22*
A/F ratio in 1/2 10.8 and 3rd 10.5
Netted a 132 trap speed for me.

I am running higher boost at 31 psi on 93 and dual nozzles.

Developed a 2/3 flare of about 600 rpms at the shift and a lousy 1.58 60 foot. Hoping to make some improvements over the winter to pick it up.
