A couple of questions for Chris. In the manual on page 60, it says:
"If the transmission is going to be used behind an engine that revs over 5500 rpm, a .060" bleed hole should be drilled at a 45 deg angle through the bottom of the housing as shown in figure 4B-22".
Q: Is this feed hole to be drilled only through the housing that holds the direct clutch pack and not into the drum (they are welded together), or should it be drilled completely through the housing and direct drum?
I can't really make out where to drill the hole, Figure 4B-22 is a little on the dark side.
Q: Is it at the base of the housing where the outer seal rides for the direct clutch piston? Or is it above or below this position?
