Spent 3 hours Fitting the driver side rear and it looks like crap. The center peice don't fit at all against the filler. I don't know what I'm going to do. Any better options yet?

send them back and get the abs plastic ones. mine fit perfect and look beautiful. i bought the fiberglass, looked at them, and then sold them.

I bought the plastic one for the driver front and it only took me 25 mins. It fit perfectly. I'd send the fiberglass ones back.

i got the fiberglass ones from gbodyparts and didnt have any issues. much better than stock...

Did you start in the center near the tag bracket & work your way out? That is normally why the center section will not line up.
If you want e-mail me some pics & I'll try & see what is going on.

We are working on our own brand of fillers right now. They will be fiberglass. I keep hearing good & bad about Fiberglass & the ABS units. I just want to get 1 set out there that bolts on to any Turbo Buick & fits with no problems.

Brian, I would imagine if you guys made a really good set that fit great and was a direct bolt on, you'd have a gold mine on your hands.

hello people; The government in correct in saying "gold mine" but let's get real. There is no product out there that's going to fit perfectly in all applications. I would like to get a set for the front and back that would fit nice with minimal work. But I suppose it's just a dream. I'll be waiting!!

your right jlat but there sure is a hell of a lot of room for improvement over whats out there right now. I had a set of fiberglass front ones and they were terrible. The back fiberglass ones are decent though, at least on my car.

Yep there crap. And people wonder why OEM fillers are so expensive. U get what u pay 4.

This week we are modifying the fiberglass units. Making them a little longer in the center. plan on doing a [ on one side so the opposite side can slide in like the factory. -]
Driver side rear we are actually doing alot of work so the tail lights sit completely flush on all cars.
One thing I had forgot about is not all of these cars are the same.Take one set from one car & put them on another & they are like night & day.

Sending out a 5 piece spoiler original GM with all 5 pieces to see what kind of work to expect back.

This is not our first attempt at getting another manufacturer to do these. With the economy the way it is & having a lot of Boat manufacturers in N.C. There is a lot of talent here looking for work.

Just put a set of Brian's rear fiberglass fillers on my car and I love them! Drilled out the holes, enlarged a couple to get them to fit perfect, had them painted and threw them on the car. I think they look better than factory fillers to be honest. I was apprehensive at first when I got them because I've heard of people having issues with them, but I couldnt be happier with them.

In the center where the 2 rear fillers meet do they overlap or is their a space?

If you have the time and glass skills, you could make them one piece. I think someone posted pics on here a while ago about doing that. I didnt really see the need, they look good how they are.

Hmm im not sure whats on my car, originals or aftermarket ones, but mine are a little off where they meet at the gas filler. One is higher then the other and they overlap. How hard is it to adjust these?

Post a pic of them, would be easier to help you adjust them. If the are aftermarket, you must make the holes bigger where they mount to the car to get them to move to your desired position.

I would be interested in a set of fronts and rears. Just discovered the other day that my front passenger filler has a nice crack in it and I have no idea how it happened. The car has been sitting on jackstands in the garage for 3 years:rolleyes: I just wonder if the heat made it expand and it finally just cracked? Its been hot here like mid 90's (thats HOT for northern states).
