Without looking in a manual i would say yes, the fuse box gets its power from the eng harness. I remember building my car that the eng harness had 2-3 large dia wires with fuse links coming off the starter and would assume 1 or more was going to the fuse box. I will try and look it up for you in a little while.Thanks on the dash harness. I recieved it yesterday. Do you know if engine harness is needed to get power to fuse box? I dont have factory motor so dont need to wire anything up on motor.

water pump yes, do you need the balancer with the pulley for the crank?Do you have a crankshaft pulley or water pump pulley
