Hey guys,
I finally got the joint between my up-pipe and turbo to seal properly, and now that THAT leak is gone, I noticed another one right in the middle of my up-pipe, where I assume the flex-joint is. I was thinking about biting the bullet and getting one of the Jay's-GN uppipe (pricey, i know, but I ended up getting a better paying research gig than I thought this term, so I'm feeling a little extravagant) but was wondering how well it fits. I know I've heard a LOT about the old ATR and Poston's up-pipes not fitting right, and I assume with the flex joint that the Jay's GN piece cures that problem. But then again, we all know what happens when you ass-ume, right?
Just wondering how those who have the Jay's GN peice like it, and if there were any fitment issues for stock headers/turbo.
Oh also, with the Jay's GN pipe, how do you seal the up-pipe to turbo joint?
Thanks for any imput
