Good morning Everybody
I've cut out the rotted old pan along the tunnel, bottom, firewall, and down the frame side (above the inner rocker) leaving some meat on the tunnel and toe board so I can Cleco the new pan in while welding it up.
The new pan drops in and fits nicely along the tunnel, to the rear seat pan, and along the frame rail/rocker by the Door Sill. However I can't get it to seat flush where the toe board is (behind the pedals). There's a gap of about 1/2" or so I can't seem to close.
Any ideas?
