Hey guys, I'm going to be changing out the fluid and filter on the 200r in the 87 "T" tomorrow and have a couple questions.
1. Is there any way visually to tell it the tranny has had shift kit installed?
2. Anything I should be inspecting in there other than the condition of the fluid and material in the pan?
3. Is Ford fluid ok to put back in for harder shifts?
4. How much fluid should I put back in approx?
The fluid looks pretty good now but I want to have it fresh for the track. Trans shifts nice and firm with no problems and has a stock converter to the best of my knowledge. Thanks for any input, Jim
