I've got a used TCI Racing starter for sale. This is a high torque mini starter. Very little use and plenty of life left in it. I started my 13.5:1 bbc with it with no problems. What is the weight differance compred to the stk unit, will it clear the down-pipe(ATR), and can it be used on the dailey driver?

I don't have a weight difference for you. It is lighter, but by how much I can't say. These particular starters can be clocked to move them to and from a block. Yes, daily driver is fine.

The thought I am having is, will it fit w/the new 4" d/p. I have a 3" that had to be dented in to accommodate the removal of the starter w/o removing the d/p each time.but my new 76 turbo will be getting a 4"d/p and I don't want to add another trouble. However, if you think it will work I'll take it. You can pm me with the particulars.
