most of my care is stock few upgrades ,precision F/M,3'' down pipe,walbro340 w/hot wire ,stock injectors ,new fuel regulator, what kind of fuel pressure should i need at idle and WOT

Your base fuel pressure should be whatever your chip maker specifies + or - 2#. If your not sure, start at 43# with the vacume hose off of the regulator and go from there. Fuel pressure should rise 1# for every pound of boost. If your base FP is 43# and you are running 15# of boost, your FP should be 58# WOT.
