Fuel Pump Sender Trashed?

We just removed this mess from a nice GN sitting for years. The tank will also be replaced.

A simple solution for a GN sitting for years is to empty the tank and flush the fuel system with leaded gas.

This is the second one in a month.

Oxygenated race fuel can also cause nasty corrosion. I saw an exhaust valve hang open once from it. Engine was stored over the winter.
