Mr. Licht. Could you please put in the description of your Power Logger, whether or not the ecm needs to be modified or not? I'm thinking that's kind of important on an item description such as that.
Especially after someone may have already ordered it, and doesn't want to go tearing into their stock ecm. Thank you.

I think we have it pretty well covered in the technical support part of the web site. That is why we built it. You are not really tearing into your ECM and are doing nothing different than has been done for years with both the powerlogger and the direct scan. You will not harm it, however I respect your opinion and offer two options. Since you are local if you want to bring your ECM by I will do it for you or simply send it back for a refund. I am only not sure why you felt it nesessary to post this here and not just contact me directly?
Mike

Woops. Sorry about that. I sort of thought this post would be construed like that after I closed the computer. No, this isn't for me lol. I'm ordering it, and I don't care about my computer lol. Mine's gettin' modified for sure.
I was talking about others who may actually care lol. I apologize again.

I just didn't know, from the product description, whether it had to be done or not. I figured if it did, it would be on the description itself, not some other section.
Sorry for the confusion.

Oh no, I'm good. Thank you very much though. I was just thinking out loud, for the other potential customers, not myself. I could care less about my pcm. :)
