Can the fuse blocks be purchased new from GM or is that a junk yard purchase?

Just try your local dealer...they should be able to tell you if it is in the system or not.

Otherwise, I think casper's has something to that effect...I think they have replicated pretty much everything by now

Junkyard or used. The only way you could get the fuse block was to buy the wiring harness under the dash and that harness is discontinued. The TR used a specific fuse block so that means you cant use the more commonlly available NA part.
