I got ripped off by someone on another message board. No it wasn't a buick guy. Anyways, this fool was dumb enough to post pictures of his car online and leave his license plate in the picture. He is from California. Is there anyway I can get his address from his License plate?

He owns a 2002 World Rally Blue Subaru WRX Sedan with black trunk. License plate 5CZD602. He is located in California and his first name is Winston. That is all that I know. If anyone can get me his address I would appreciate it!
