Happy Birthday! My buddy who I train with is 62, (21 years older than me) and stronger than most people I have ever met, long time power lifter, age is just a number. I'm sure your a young 53. here's to many many more.

If you would of done a little more planning (like I did) you could have waited until the middle of november
to go in. That way u get to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas in boot camp. O and of course they added another new holiday that year. ( somebody's day) that didn't count as a training day.
