Maybe they are trying to get publicity like the celebrities do. Bad publicity is better than none right? I still think they didnt intentionally do that in disrespect but they have got to be the biggest freakin morons for publishing that. Stupid people amaze me sometimes.

But I gaurantee they would never in a million years post a pic of a guy in a white hood and sheet holding a set of injectors. Or print a picture of a group of guys beating the snot out of some gay person. Why? Because they know it's wrong and disrespectful. So apparently they give more of a **** about people's warm and fuzzy feelings than they do about the years of tradition, sacrifice, and respect for the American Flag. I just don't see any way to make a good argument for that picture.

Long term GMHTP subscriber and my renewal is due soon. That mistake has me thinking strongly of letting my subscription lapse and I'm sure I won't be the only one.... I'm not a veteran but an older mature citizen and the flag means alot to me as my father fought as did other relatives. You did the right thing by apologizing but damage control will be the issue now. Don't magazines have proof readers employed before an issue is finalized and allowed to go to press?

Military family for life here. Anything that disrespects our flag gets my blood boiling.

There is a local place here flying a Korean flag higher than the American flag they have next to it. I am trying to find out who I can talk to about this and get it corrected.

EDIT - Looks like GMHTP has seen this and said they will address this in the next issue. Hopefully they are sincere as I know there was no ill-intent on their part.

Those of you who are not offended have no idea what the flag stands for and that's a shame. GMHTP stood up and apologized and thats good enough for me. But there was no excuse.
