A good chance it was stolen and driven/transported down there....like a ton of g-bodies and other cars.

Carsinbarns.com had a GN that was "abandoned" and someone bought for $75 in Tijuana a few months ago, probably still on there somewhere. Wasn't a clone, just a worn out 87' GN with a missing steering wheel.

Not saying all of them down there are hot or shady, but I'm sure alot are. As mentioned, their "laws" aren't anything like ours.

it appears to have correct wheel offset
