just got back home from the Woodward dream cruise where I met a guy with what he claimed to be a true GNX but it had t-tops...I'm pretty new to the TR world but i thought all GNX's were hard top. Were there any made with t-tops?

I'm pretty sure that there weren't any t-tops GNX's out of ASC-Mclaren, where the cars were converted at.

I think a couple had astroroofs but never heard one with T-Tops.

I had a guy do the same crap to me at the strip one day. He spoke to me as if I had no knowledge of a turbo buick. I said to him that the VDO dash and t-tops were not the way a GNX came and he got all ticked and continued to wipe on his car in the staging lanes...
And his dash said 548...
