i have an 81 sport coupe 3.8turbo regal.car body is very bad shape and valves are very noisey,timing is out.i have a line on another 81 body is primed with no motor,have own my regal 1 year love it more every day would like to do a full restoration on the other one with my parts...can i? take remove my turbo and intake go to salvage get another 3.8 intake and carb andput it on my motor to get it running does this work whats involved?can any one set me in the right derection.i would also need some help finding a good motor build up site for the project car.thanks for any reply

Try the before black area

You may want to post this in the b4 black area of the board. Most of the us in this form have EFI cars not carb.
