Gary, Theirs a silver Z06 3lZ with 200 miles for $61,000 & probably could be bought for $58,000 with a favorable receipt since it's a private party listing on the corvette forum. Were I interested that's what I would be jumping on.My only question is why are people taking such loss's & dumping them that quick. If they are such great cars to begin with.
Lou:
Yes, I'v had my eye on that specific car for a few days now, pretty much since it listed. I would be suprised if the owner let it go for $58K, but I would think that he might be interested in accepting maybe $60K, but then it will require shipoping or driving out. Tis a beautiful car though, & extreme low mileage.
I think that most of the current Z06's for sale are basically legit. There are a couple of them that I suspect were rode hard and put away wet. Actulaly 1 out here a while back that I looked into that was definitely the case. Here in the Orange county area, too. Right now, $ 55K is a lot of money to some people, and if you are not using the new Z06 very much, that a lot of dough to have setting gathering dust.
The best jaw-dropping ad is the one for a 2006, Mid Calif car, Z06, silver, cammed, headers, very nice rims, 545 at the rear, 14K miles, & asking $56, and thw owner can't imagine anyone not buying the car. Jeeessh.

Damn, guess that I did not want that one anyway. The 187 mile '08 silver Z06 announced as sold late this A.M. Bummer.

Must be back buying a big buck vette ZR1 or Z06, he hasn't been on the forum for a couple of days now. Interesting.

Happy Friday.

Let's see. We have 80 deg temps, the World finals in Pomona, and a Buick get together at the Donut shop tomorrow. You got to love these So. Cal. winters.

Hope all's well in the TB world

Definitely a happy Friday for me.
Picked up my GN from Lou tonight.
New tranmission, 10" billet 3200 stall lock up converter and a FMIC installed.

I'm a happy guy!

Happy Friday.

Check this out.
This sports pod cast wanted to do a show on my daughters scout troop in the Parris Valley wind tunnel. My kid (Hailey) is the one with the braces, and flying without the instructors help. You might see the Chia here or there too:D .

Cool stuff, Mike!
I didn't know you were in the Girl Scouts!:D

Kinda like being inside a big turbo charger...so I understand the Spoolfool2's attraction to it.

How much does an event like that cost per person/child?

Happy Friday!

I guess you could say, I've been scouting for girls most of my life:cool: . If you go on the discount days, It's about ten bucks a min. Keep in mind, that after about four or five minutes, your arms are about ready to fall off. That's why most people do one or two minute turns, and just keep rotating till their five minutes are up. The skydive costs me about twenty two bucks. If anyone wants to come out and play, let me know. I go all the time.
