You need to set the balancer at 25 degrees After Top Dead Center. From this point you shove the cam sensor in and align it using the tool or voltmeter. It doesnt matter where the window is, the only thing is there are some positions that will put the tabs on the cam sensor hit the bypass hose.

Pull the number one plug, put your finger to plug the hole.. spin the engine.. when you feel air coming out.. thats the compression stroke. Top of the compression stroke is TDC.

Thanks Julio, but I got her going now, my problem was a bad crank sensor. I started another thread "Heartbroken No More, Were Back". However in that thread I mention of a new little issue. You may be able to give me a little more input. Thanks again to everyone.
