i personally like the fit and finish of the cottons front mounts. the cast spearco elbows are impossible to crush or damage.

neither, pte slic good to 850 hp. but since ur maken like 1200...:) id go with rjc. he takes a lot of pride in his work

Go with the Cotton intercooler. I were buying today that is the one I would buy.

See ya, Kip

you mean the one he copied from Cramer.....

I guess you are opening a can of worms here? Can you explain you comment and back it with facts? That way we will all know the whole story.

Thanks in advance, Kip

I would highly recommend the RJC unit. By far the best intercooler I have ever had. You will not regret it. Jason spent a lot of time with the fit and finish of this cooler and it shows. Both cars in my sig are sporting the RJC unit. If its quality your after, look no further.

Rjc all the way

I just got my fmic from rjc wednesday its a work of art best money i ever spent. I will be getting many other parts from jason. Super fast shipping. You can tell he takes pride in his work :d:d:d

Thanks for all the good reviews guys. highly appreciated. One thing never mentioned is our core is a high flow staggered turbulator bar and plate core. no one else has this core. it is yields the most charge air reduction and least amount of restriction than any style of core we tested. So far China has not been able to copy it. the performance of our cant be matched.

I'd give you my choice but I don't know this valuable info on each FMIC or any other in this community being sold...

Pressure drop
Heat Transfer
Core Volume

Find this info and it's an easy choice.

If I was buying today, I would buy Cotton's unit.

I would go with the RJC IC-475. I had problems with Jacks intercooler not doing the job cooling the charge air. There is no doubt Jack can make a "cool" looking intercooler, but I am yet to see any other real test data on any of them. The newer line of "Jack" coolers are supposed to be better, but to date, there hasn't been any data provided to the community on "why" they are better with old vs. new data to back the claims.

Exactly, but in most cases the sellers of the units (1) do not posses the equipment to do this, or (2) don't have the right test vehicle to test the limits on the product, or both.
