I can't hold boost. I'm running 19.3 degrees timing, MAF is pegged at 255, only getting 1 count of knock when the SMC alky is turning on around 13PSI, alky pump speed around 7, BLM's 123-128. I have the adjustible rod on the turbo tightened down to where before this was happening I'd have 24, spike at 25# of boost. Now the boost will only get up to 22, come down to 18 and fluctuate inbetween there at WOT. I thought it might be the plugs getting "blown out", but I just replaced them with a good set of NGK UR5 plugs, gapped a tight 32. I replaced the boost lines (Between turbo, wastegate actuator, and wastegate solenoid last week), I've checked all the vacuum lines, the clamps on the IC pipes are tight too. What's going on? Any ideas? I'm going to try replacing the wastegate accuator this week, and perhaps the solenoid. Shouldn't the stock solenoid hold? The chip is programmed for 22 # of boost (Max boost that Turbo 6 Tuner will allow). Help!!

Do you still have the stock exh. manifolds? I do, they leak, boost jumps a little, and I'm too DA** broke to get them fixed. But, I had worse trouble with it before I got the boost commander, which helped things a lot. If the exh manifolds leak the ECU will be hunting for a way to handle the boost, so I'd go with that first. HTH

Yep, I still have the stock manifolds, I don't think I have a leak on the drivers side, but you never really know! I had the drivers side welded a few months back, but it could have cracked again. After the holidays I'll have to check it out. I was thinking maybe I have the alky coming on too soon?
