Help Need Las Vegas Mechanic

Hi guys,

I just moved to Las Vegas from the Detroit Area and I drove my GN all the way here. As soon as I got it here it started smoking once in a while (white smoke and I smell oil). I am new to these cars and I want someone that knows these cars to look at it. Anyone know someone in the area....PLEASE help I need to fix this to pass smog so I can register it!!

Also the engine was rebuilt by Cal Hartline only about 6000 miles ago so I would think everything would be ok, but who knows.
