o.k along w/my sig.I am running a 400 w/cheetah and brake.
spool,mosers etc,etc.

Here is my situation the car will not spin the tires, I mean
even in the water box. Now on the t-brake 18lb launch
some what cold et streets no problem spinning. I was at
the track... the first 4 passes heated the tires up like normal pulled forward
and left off the t-brake. The last time in the box on the foot
brake rev up sounds no different than any other time but tires
dont move.
Car still drives and shifts strong.

What could be causing this?

probably not enough stall to fry them with the turbo starting to initially build boost.what is the 60ft?

Sorry its a vigilate 3200. The strange thing is, I had my
buddy video all my passes. I had killer burn outs 4 of the 5
runs i made that day. I was leaving soft though, like 8-10 lb.
off the t-brake. 6o ft in the 1.8-2.0 range. (weak) i know.

why on my last run was i not able to spin and heat up my tires . I did nothing different than my previous runs.?
This has really got me shaking my head.!

thanks for your continued input .

the burnouts have nothing to do with it.i can fry the tires on my mercedes in an instant.the 60ft shows that the car is not leaving with enough engine rpm or boost to run a good number.also a tune issue as said by lou.all combos weve built with the 70 have gone 10.3 to 9.40 on a tune from turbo people or billy denali who i think does a much better job.anyhow there is something wrong if your not leaving with over 10lbs and 4000 rpms.if engine serial data doesnt show timing fuel or other error related to af etc your converter should be considered the suspect.the exhaust volume at lower rpms will prove no match for what the turbo charger needs to induce boost into the intake manifold.

CHRIS, yes iam aware i was leaving w/ way to low boost. This was my first time
ever at the track w/my buick. Besides that i had made 3 passes in my buddies
camaro.
Next year i will leave at the proper boost.

turbo people performed the tune for me here in MI.

Going back to the no burn out issue. I also can burn the tires off my chevy z-71
no problem. But that is exactly my point. The buick will not burn off the foot brake.
As i stated before, at the track i was doing regular burnouts. then the last time
i was in the water box reving the hec out it and nothing no wheel spinning at all.
I also drove it inside 1 of my warehouses where there is water and oils etc.
present on the cement floor. Again tried to do a controlled burnout. Nothing
happening. I find it hard to believe that i have a tuning issue.

I guess i will just take it over in person to my local race shop.

thanks
