Also, what chip are you running, because a 160* thermostat may not be beneficial for a stock chip (maybe others will chime in)

a 160 tstat may not benefit a stock chip, but it DEFINITELY doesn't help with emissions. If you can afford to go higher on NOx, you need to get that baby hot so you can burn off some HC's.
