MAACO is always a hit or miss. I have had 2 done there many years ago. One I provided the paint, and they reduced it down so far the red was pinkish...they are used to making little material go far. The other issue is a drunk monkey can tape better than the one I used. Really.
Outside that, IF you can prep 100% of the car to a "tack cloth" stage, and provide quality materials and be sure they know how to mix them, the painter should be able to spray it.
I always like the do it all yourself method, but that simply doesn't work for everyone. Know where you need to draw the line.....and stick to it.
