Are there any High flow catalytic converters that would NOT hold back a low 11ns car?

thinking about doing my exhaust like this
3" DP, High flow cat, No muffler (s) ?
What do you guys think?

My other option is
3" DP, Electric cut out,
...........High flow cat, muffler, tail pipes

i would prefer NOT to have an electric cut out.
What do you guys think?
What have you done?
Thanks
David

If the car is a '68 why the cat?

Needing one or not its a source of back pressure. There is no gain for having one. If the noise is too much and you don't want bulky mufflers get in line silencers.

If you don't have to have a cat by law, I would go without. It's not very loud.

This is for 86 GN
I would a like catalytic converter because of the exhaust smell.
This car is going to be my family ride. Long trips out of state to other car events.
I am expecting the usual trip stuff-- some idleling

you will only get the "gas smell" if it's running too rich and the trunk isn't sealed up...

The RANDOM Technology cats are in the 3-5 HP loss area...What's that worth, don't know.
I'm betting you won't notice much of a difference.
