We withdrew an offer yesterday. The people wanted (again) $10k more than the house was worth and wouldn't pay the usuals on the closing costs. Demanded we close on the 27th, no sooner, no later--certainly not on the 22nd like we wanted. Kiss my a$$. And in the meantime they're rushing us so they can lock in the increasing rate on their construction loan. WTF?! Offer withdrawn entirely, the can deal with it and I'll enjoy watching the listing stay up.
