I'd like to know what others did. Did you run ss lines or rubber lines? What size? What type of fittings? Cost? Questions are for anyone, i.e. alchy, E-85, just because? Thanks.

Frame off build up. Rebuild from a garage fire. Boxed frame rails and narrowed the rears. Custom bent stainless lines. Cost? ALOT. 3/8" feed line and 5/16" return line to tank. (Stock return line is 1/4") Now is completely E-85 compliant, but E-85 isn't readily available around here. I've posted pics.

i've also been thinking about this and spoke to someone who spent many hours getting it right and involves lifting the body off the frame of course...i am serously thinking about replacing the return with rubber fuel hose as i already have a braided from tank to rail.

I was able to install a stock replacement fuel supply line without lifting the body or anything like that. DVERNST has magic hands and he just fenagled the line into it's proper location. The car did have poly body mounts in it already, which make a little extra room between the frame and trunk floor.

On my other car I installed hoses. Pics are in the E85 forum under the dual feed double pumper thread.
